The Manchester Airport Transformation Project will see the delivery of some £1bn of capital investment projects, transforming the existing airport into a state of the art global transport hub.  Agile CPM have provided services at Stakeholder Manager and Project Director level for the Terminal 2 Reconfiguration project, which will see a complete strip-out, reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing Terminal 2 space, to seamlessly tie in with the newly built Terminal 2 Extension, whilst maintaining a fully operational airport environment.
