A former British Army Officer of the Royal Tank Regiment, Joshua left the Armed Forces in 2006 and embarked on a career in Project Management in the construction sector. Having since delivered major projects for both public and private sector clients, such as the Home Office, Morrisons Supermarkets, Tesco, HBOS/Lloyds, Department for International Trade, Rio Tinto and Air Canada, Joshua has gained a wide range of experience in programme and project delivery. This ranges from new build high security and high resilience control centres, incorporating complex ICT networks, through to developing supply chain initiatives and export strategies for high profile transport and mining infrastructure projects.

Hayley is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 20 years of construction industry experience. She has a strong technical background developed through years of working within multi-disciplined consultancy practices as a building services design engineer and then as a design manager for a Tier 1 main contractor. She takes a proactive approach to everything she does, always looking for alternative, more effective ways to deliver her professional services and offer added value to our clients.

Hayley’s drive, energy and organisational skills enable her to effectively shape, co-ordinate, lead and focus our clients and project teams through every stage of the programme resulting in the successful delivery of projects that have proven to exceed quality standards, time and budget deadlines effectively.
