Agile Consulting provided support to the hospital trust’s client team at Project Director level, with the specific objective of leading the team through the reestablishment of the project following collapse of the Main Contractor, Carillion, and the subsequent cessation of works on the project.  This included:

  • Completion of the issue driven design
  • Re-baselined completion programme
  • Re-baselined cost plan (‘cost to complete’)
  • Contract negotiation and appointment of a new Main Contractor.
