Agile Consulting acted at the Client’s Project Manager for the duration of this project. The project consisted of the conversion and full refurbishment of a derelict 360,000sq/ft deep-freeze distribution centre (DC) to an modern ambient DC, including the removal and replacement of all MEP services, demolition of all internal partitions, replacement of all self-levelling docking systems and the full refurbishment of all office suits to provide a modern working environment.
