Provided advisory services to design and establish a new Government/Industry joint venture, Infrastructure Exports: UK, seeking to establish ‘Team UK’ consortia groups in response to major overseas infrastructure projects, initially targeting airport and metro projects in Colombia, Peru, Jordan, Ethiopia, Myanmar/Burma and Australia.
